The Bouma Group Durham 1/4 Marathon is Canada's ORIGINAL 1/4 Marathon and features the 1/4 Marathon event (10.549km) and the 1/8 Marathon event (5.27km) that takes you from city streets to the picturesque Oshawa Creek Trail and Waterfront Trails. This out-only event starts at 348 feet above sea-level and finishes at 272 feet above sea-level.
The event finishes with a great finish area with massage, a well stocked food tent and vendors of all sorts. Prize money to the top 3 men and women overall. The best part is that when you participate in The Bouma Group Durham 1/4 Marathon, you also help homeless and street youth to find a renewed hope for their lives.

**New This Year: Let's Go Green**
We know that some of you have done many of these races before, and do it mostly for the actual run, and not for the stuff.. OR maybe your significant other has threatened to start using your 35 race tees as rags.. OR you are simply trying to do your best by lowering your carbon footprint on this beautiful earth. For whatever your reasons are, we are offering an Opt Out option for all racers who would like to opt out of the race kits including t-shirt and medals, (everyone will still receive their bib and chip timer of course, as well as an email with some digital offers from our sponsors).
