SKI:
- No registration deferments.
- Teammate bib transfers are permitted for a $25 fee. Deadline to submit a transfer - March 27th
Bib transfers may be executed HERE. - Full Team drop out's may submit a partial refund request to events@cbnordic.org to receive refund based on the schedule below:
| December 1st - January 31st | 75% Refund of Registration Fee ( not including payment processing fees paid) |
| February 1st - February 28th | 50% Refund of Registration Fee ( not including payment processing fees paid) |
| March 1st - March 19th | 25% Refund of Registration Fee ( not including payment processing fees paid) |
| Beyond March 19th | No refunds will be issued |

RUN & BIKE:
- No registration deferments.
- Bib Transfers can only be processed for the same Sub-Event (e.g. Run to Run, Dual Sport to Dual Sport). Transfers are a $25 fee. Deadline to submit a transfer request - August 28th. Bib transfers may be executed HERE. Due to the complicated nature of the GT, the Triple Crown is NOT available for transfer under any circumstances. The Dual Sport cannot be transferred to Individual Run or Bike.
