Half Marathon 2-Person Relay Closed

Price Per Person. Do you like your bubbly better with a buddy? Split the half marathon distance with a friend in this relay-style race option. You will each run about 6.5 miles (exact leg distances to be announced with course announcement). Relay teams will be scored in either All Men, All Women, or Open (co-ed/non-gender specific) divisions. Price includes technical race shirt, finisher's medal, wine glass + entry into the Wine and Music Festival for both relay members! The 2-Person Relay team is registered in a single transaction, please have your partner’s full name, date of birth, email, phone number, address, emergency contact name and number, t-shirt size, and beer or wine preference. Once you enter your information, click "register another participant" and add your partner's information before checking out.

at the Oregon Wine Country Half Marathon!
Meet Oregon’s Wine Country. People around the world have fallen in love with its premier pinot noir, and once you’re here it’s hard not to fall in love with the place too. Here you’ll find that communities are tight-knit, talented, and creative. While the country roads are quiet, the sweeping vistas, pods of old growth forest, and surrounding mountains speak volumes, especially in the early morning glow you'll catch at our race start line. Lush vineyards and charming farms are tended by families old and new who still take a handcrafted approach to growing the best grapes and freshest foods, and challenge themselves to do it a little differently, just as Oregonians always have.

Just 15 minutes south of Salem, Independence is a city rooted in history, nature, and a vibrant community spirit.
Fun fact: The city is named after Independence, Missouri where many wagon trains began their westward journey on the Oregon Trail!
Nestled along the west bank of the beautiful Willamette River, Independence provides countless opportunities for outdoor adventure coupled with a welcoming small-town feel. Take a stroll down Main street, pop into a locally-owned eatery or shop, sip world-renowned Willamette Valley wines, and take in all that this Oregon gem has to offer!

So, whether it’s the place you love to call home or a place you’d love to get to know, gather your favorite people to tour wine country a little differently and raise a glass with us!
All race varietals end with a true celebration at the Finish Line Wine and Music Festival featuring plenty of tastings from our favorite local winemakers and even a few breweries too.
