Experience the running tour of Madison as you pass the Capitol, Farmer's Market, State Street, Kohl Center, Camp Randall, Arboretum, UW Campus and Lakeshore Path. After, relax and enjoy live music at our top-rated, 14th Mile Post Race Party on the Union Terrace.

Expo & Packet Pick Up

All Half Marathon and 5K participants are required to pick up race packets and goodie bags at the following time(s):


*Kid's Run Packet Pick-Up will take place on day of race located at Library Mall*


First Packet Pick Up

Location: Wisconsin Brewing Company - Special During Packet Pick Up: Lake Louie Hard Kombucha 16oz. cans for only $3.00 each!

Date: July 21, 2022

Time: 1 pm - 7 pm CT

Please bring your Photo ID and QR Code. REMEMBER! THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKET PICKUP AND THERE ARE NO TRANSFERS OR REFUNDS.

FRIEND PACKET PICK-UP
You are able to pick up a packet for a friend. To receive a friend's packet, you must have a copy of their photo ID (digital or paper).

YOUR RACE PACKET WILL CONTAIN
Bib w/ timing device and safety pins, official race shirt, and (1) Free Pint Coupon redeemable at Wisconsin Brewing Company. Be sure to stick around to enjoy beverage specials Wisconsin Brewing Company has to offer! After you pick up your race packet, please make sure you verify the enclosed information is properly assigned to you. If you purchased any merchandise, please make sure to pick it up after picking up your packet.


Second Packet Pick Up

Location: Girls on the Run of South Central Wisconsin

Date: July 22, 2022

Time: 11 am - 8 pm CT

Please bring your Photo ID and QR Code. REMEMBER! THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKET PICKUP AND THERE ARE NO TRANSFERS OR REFUNDS.

14th Mile Post-Race Party

Invite your friends and family to join you in the The 14th Mile Post-Race Party area on the beautiful Memorial Union Terrace overlooking Lake Mendota. All of you will be able to celebrate your accomplishment as well as cheer on other participants as they cross the finish line. There will be food, cold beer (21 and older), and great activities for all ages. Each participant (21 and older) will receive a complimentary cold beer from Wisconsin Brewing Company.

PARTICIPANT PROTECTION COVID-19 PLAN

WHAT IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC?

If the in-person event is cancelled by the University of Wisconsin, the City of Madison, Dane County, the State of Wisconsin, the Federal Government or Race Officials due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, registered in-person race participants will be able to choose one of the following options based on when the event cancellation occurs*:

  • If the in-person event is cancelled prior to April 15, 2022, participants may choose to have their in-person race registration fee:
    • Refunded in full, less any processing fees*
    • Converted from in-person registration to virtual registration**
    • Deferred to 2023 event registration (no extra fee to participate in 2023)
    • Donated to support Girls on the Run South Central Wisconsin
  • If the in-person event is cancelled April 15 – June 14, 2022, participants may choose to have their in-person race registration fee:
    • Refunded 50%, less any processing fees*
    • Converted from in-person registration to virtual registration**
    • Deferred to 2023 event registration (no extra fee to participate in 2023)
    • Donated to support Girls on the Run South Central Wisconsin 50%
  • If the in-person event is cancelled June 15 – Race Day, participants may choose to have their in-person race registration fee:
    • Converted from in-person registration to virtual registration**
    • Deferred to 2023 event registration (no extra fee to participate in 2023)
    • Donated to support Girls on the Run South Central Wisconsin 50%

*Applies to in-person event registration only.

**If the in-person event is cancelled, only those registered for a virtual race experience will receive the 2022 race kit.

All store purchased items are non-refundable and will be shipped to the participants in the event that the race is transformed into a Virtual Only Event.
