If you multiply it by the diameter of a circle, you can calculate the circumference. It starts with 3.14 but continues forever, never repeating and never ending. What is it? It’s the number π (Pi)!
In celebration of Pi Day (3/14 – get it?), join us to run, walk or roll 3.14 m (or 5 km). This virtual fun run is great preparation for our other favorite pi(e) day tradition – eating lots of pie. Your entry fee includes a race bib, certificate of completion and NIU STEAM commemorative medal.
