Raise money for Food for Thought
Food For Thought is a nonprofit organization that provides healthy food to thousands of Sonoma County residents living with HIV and other serious medical conditions. Our mission is to foster health and healing with food and compassion. We provide weekly groceries, meals, nutrition services, vitamins and supplements all free of charge.
Food For Thought started as an AIDS food bank in 1988. Since then we have grown exponentially and have vastly expanded our programs. We provide services in English and Spanish. Many of our clients receive delivery service because they are homebound due to ill health, living without shelter, isolating due to a positive COVID-19 diagnosis or do not have transportation. Hundreds of volunteers help us deliver food, prepare healthy meals, work in our food bank, tend to our organic garden and more.
