My Story…

Hi all! In May, I'm running the Tartan Ottawa International Marathon to raise funds for the Royal Ottawa Foundation. Through its clinical programs, research into the functioning of the brain and public advocacy for those with mental health challenges, the Royal is an absolutely essential pillar in our community ... especially during these troubled times that affect so many of us.

Please help me to help the Royal! Any donation is gratefully appreciated.
