Why I'm Running...
Perley Health is a wonderful place! One of my friends' husbands lived there for many years and I have recently begun volunteering as well.
I started running in my 70s - it's never too late! I have since completed over 15 half-marathons and a handful of marathons. I look forward to completing the half-marathon at Ottawa Race Weekend this year and thank you for your support.
