My Story…
For almost every year since 2005, I have participated in Race Weekend. As we recover from the past two COVID-19 influenced years, I am again running (slowly!) the 5KM, despite having attained my 70th birthday and semi-retired in summer 2021. I will be joined by my wife, Debra, and granddaughter, Arielle who will walk the distance. We are continuing to raise funds in support of family medicine education and quality care at The Ottawa Hospital. We would be grateful for your sponsorship!
