Help Sephora raise money

Welcome to my Fundraising page for Team "Minds over Miles:  Mental Health Matters"!

I work mainly as an adult outpatient psychiatrist at the Ottawa Hospital, in the Urgent Care Clinic, but occasionally can be found working on the psychiatric inpatient unit, emergency services, consultation liaison services, and wherever else there might be a need.  

I am running to raise awareness on the impact that mental health services have on the well-being of our community, and to highlight the important work that the Ottawa Hospital contributes as one of the first line services in our community that people turn to when they are experiencing a mental health crisis.  

I am hoping that the funds raised through this fundraising campaign will be able to expand the reach of our hospital's impact on mental health by supporting research projects that will have an impact on clinical care.  10% of our proceeds will also help to support the establishment of the new Civic hospital that promises to bring mental health service delivery to a whole new level.  

I am excited to be part of an amazing team of colleagues who are running for a very worthy and important reason.
