Raise money for British Columbia Schizophrenia Society Foundation

Schizophrenia is a complex brain disorder which affects how you understand and relate with the world around you. The British Columbia Schizophrenia Society Foundation (BCSSF) raises funds for programs and services specifically designed for families with mentally-ill loved ones.  It also supports schizophrenia research in BC, as well as public education for frontline emergency workers, teachers, children and youth, and many other groups. Your donation will give life-changing and life-saving resources and support for thousands of people across BC.  Please join us as a Walker, Runner, Donor, or Volunteer today!

Imagine watching someone you love, whose life is full of hope and promise, start to say and do things that do not make sense. They become physically and emotionally ill. Over 50,000 families in BC experience this when their loved ones develop a serious mental illness. Through the generosity of donors, BC Schizophrenia Society Foundation (BCSSF) funds research, as well as education and support - giving families “a reason to hope, the means to cope”.
