Q. Can I still purchase event merchandise (brag tags, bus tickets, t-shirts, etc)?

Yes, you can purchase all event merchandise and extras after purchasing your pass. Simply access the event page and head to the store.

Q. Do I need to do anything after I purchase the pass?

No. You will receive two emails by the end of January:
1. Claim Email - This will add each event to your Race Roster profile, allowing you to access your results pages, access the merchandise store, make changes to your personal details and add yourself to a team.
2. Confirmation Email - Keep this email to collect your race bib prior to your events. Please check your junk email folder and if you haven't received this by end of January, please contact us on info@epicem.com.au.

That's it! Simply show up with your confirmation email and enjoy your runs!

Q. Can I change events?

Yes, you can downgrade events at no cost. Please contact us at info@epicem.com.au

Q. Can I get a refund on my pass or transfer it to a friend?

No, this pass is non-transferrable and non-refundable. Refunds will only be offered in the event of an event cancellation. The refund will be 1/3 of your Epic Pass entry fee, per event cancelled.
