2022 5 Peaks Trail Running Series: Golden Ears

Golden Ears Provincial Park is a Provincial Park in British Columbia, Canada at 555.9 km². It is named after the prominent twin peaks which are commonly referred to as Golden Ears.

Kids - 1 km

Kids - 3 km

Sport - 8.0 km

Enduro - 12.8 km


Race distances are subject to change based on trail conditions up to the day of the race.

Event schedule

  • Sat., May 14, 2022 7:00 a.m. - Packet Pick-Up, and 1K Kids Fun Run registration (1K kids run is FREE!)
  • Sat., May 14, 2022 8:15 a.m. - 3K Timed Kids Run Starts
  • Sat., May 14, 2022 8:45 a.m. - 1K Kids Fun Run Starts
  • Sat., May 14, 2022 8:55 a.m. - Pre-Race Briefing
  • Sat., May 14, 2022 9:00 a.m. - Enduro Course will start at 9:00, we will be doing very small waves of runners - self seeding
  • Sat., May 14, 2022 9:15 a.m. - Sport Course will start at approximately 9:15
  • Sat., May 14, 2022 9:30 a.m. - 3K Kids Awards start
  • Sat., May 14, 2022 11:30 a.m. - Awards will start (approx - going to depend on how fast the fasties run!)

Important Notes

In the interest of racer safety and because of the size of our attendance and the technicality of our course, please do not bring the following on the race course:

No dogs
No headphones
No strollers or baby joggers
No nordic walking poles

Washrooms:
Washroom facilities are available at Start / Finish area.

Spectators:
Spectators are welcome. Spectators who cheer will be rewarded with smiles.


Parking:

Parking Lot 2 near the Start / Finish area. 2 minute walk to check in, car pool to minimize our impact.

Awards & Prizes:
The awards ceremony will be held following the completion of all competitors. (Approximately 11:30 am). Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age category in all distances, as well as the top three male and female finishers overall. All awards must be picked up at the race and will not be mailed.

Fee Notes

1. All prices listed above are subject to sales tax. 5% GST in BC and Alberta and 13% HST in Ontario

2. An online processing fee will be applied to your registration into this event.

3. All funds payable in Canadian Dollars.

4. VISA, MC, Amex, and Discover Card accepted.

5. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Race Roster or Fast North Corp for your online registration into this event.
