Terwillegar Park, located in Southwest Edmonton, is a 186 hectare park that is popular for its rugged terrain and challenging trail system. You can expect many sections that are technical and demand agility/alertness to overcome a variety of obstacles. Watch out for roots, rocks, and sharp up/down hills along the way!

The name of the game at Terwillegar is LIMITED PASSING. This year’s course consists mostly of singletrack so you’ll have to be quick to pass and watch out for bottlenecks! After the first 2km, the rest of the course will keep you on your toes with mostly singletrack trail that has numerous turns and sharp hills.

Important Notes
In the interest of racer safety and because of the size of our attendance and the technicality of our course, please do not bring the following on the race course:
No dogs
No headphones
No strollers or baby joggers
No nordic walking poles
Washrooms:
Washroom facilities are available at Start / Finish area.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome. Spectators who cheer will be rewarded with smiles.
Parking:
Parking is limited so please carpool if you can.
Awards & Prizes:
Awards ceremony will be held following the completion of all competitors. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age category in all distances, as well as the top three male and female finishers overall. All awards must be picked up at the race and will not be mailed.
