Upside down... :).
In this topsy turvy world that we're all muddling through at the moment, it is nice to do something that makes a difference. Part of me misses the 10km race down Yonge Street with 10,000 other supporters - but not enough to give up what we've been doing for the last 2 years. We've plodded our 10km journey along the shores of Lake Couchiching with friends and family. This year will be the same, the route relatively unchanged, but maybe we'll have a few new faces in the mix... please feel free to join us.... :)

A diagnosis of childhood cancer changes life in an instant. For kids and families, it can suddenly feel like everything is about cancer. Simple childhood joys like friendships, birthday parties, or sports teams being left behind in the need for medical appointments, hospital stays, and long absences from school.
