Common Race Questions:
Can we defer our entry or receive a refund?
All race entries are non-refundable. The bulk of the costs involved with producing the event occur in the months leading up to the event, therefore it is not feasible to offer refunds or deferrals in the event that the in-person race is cancelled due to reasons outside our control or you are unable to attend.
Where can I park for the event?
The parking garage across the street from the stadium will be open for runners. *Be aware of road closures for the event*
When and where is packet pickup?
- Saturday, October 1, 2022- 10am-4pm (Location Dolan Lexus)
Dolan Lexus is located at 7175 S Virginia St, Reno, NV 89511
Are there awards?
Yes, there will be the top 3 male and female awards for each distance and age group awards (every 10 years)
Is there a time limit?
The half marathon distance for walkers/ joggers has a time limit of 4 hours.
*Walker/Jogger group does not qualify for awards*
The half marathon distance for runners has a time limit of 3 hours.
Are pets allowed on the course?
No, we ask that you leave pets home for the event.
Will there be aid stations on the course?
Yes:
5K Course will have one station, 10K course will have 3 and the half will have 6 stations.
Aid Station #1 at mile 1.7
Aid Station #2 at mile 3.0
Aid Station #3 at mile 5.5
Aid Station #4 at mile 8.0
Aid Station #5 at mile 10
Aid Station #6 at mile 11.5
Each station will have water and ZYM hydration
Aid Stations #2, 3, 4, & 5 will have GU gels
Are strollers allowed in the race?
Yes, we just ask that you start towards the back of the runners.
