Package pickup will be held on the main floor at the Grandstand on the Stampede Grounds (3rd St. SE) on the following dates/times:
- Friday May 27 - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday May 28 - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
If you are unable to make it to the Calgary Marathon Package Pick Up, you can have someone pick up your race kit for you. Someone can pick up another runner's race package at the Grandstand as long as they follow these guidelines:
- Nominee will need to show volunteers photo identification.
- They need your bib # - it will be assigned approximately one to two weeks out from the event. If you registered late, your bib # will be assigned at the Expo.
- They must have a copy of your email confirmation (hard copy or on their phone) with written permission from you to pick up your package.
**Please note that these times are subject to change. Dates and times will be confirmed by email to all registered participants one week prior to the event date. **
If you registered for the virtual event after the package pickup dates please contact info@runcalgary.com to arrange to get your swag.
*No Race Day pickup* If you're unable to make the package pickup times, and you have no one to pick up your package for you, please contact Maureen at info@runcalgary.com to make alternative arrangements.
