Wear Red Canada Virtual 5K Event
JOIN US! Between February 13 and 28, 2022 - get active and help raise awareness about women’s heart health!
Distance: 5km OR
Time: 30 minutes of physical movement
You don’t have to do it all at once - track your progress towards a cumulative distance of 5 km or time of 30 minutes of physical movement of your choice.
Type of Physical Activity: It is up to you to choose a physical activity you are comfortable with. Some ideas include: running, walking, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, doing yoga, or even dancing! Whether it is alone, with family or friends - we encourage you to get active to stay healthy.
Upon entry, registrants will receive a Wear Red Canada branded t-shirt, medal, and certificate of completion, along with access to the growing online community of Wear Red Canada participants across our amazing country.
Groups (3+ individuals) will receive a 15% discount at the time of registration (during checkout with 3 or more registrants). Families and children are welcome! *Please note: The first 254 participants registered will receive a medal.
Be sure to register early so you can receive your race kit by February 13! (Registrations placed after February 4 may not arrive at your location by the race start date.)
