This camp is for you if you are somewhere between a beginner and an advanced runner. Maybe you’re someone that has an idea there is more ability inside you that you have not connected with yet. Perhaps you’re looking to set a PR in a half marathon, or work towards your first marathon. The focus for this camp is to explore your limits, and give you all the tools you need to lift your running to a level that you didn’t know you could achieve.
This camp is perfect for you if you are a woman runner that can already run a 10K distance at 10 -12 min/mile or faster at home elevation. Note that if you are a faster runner than the pace guide, you can still benefit from this camp if the timing works for you.
Each camp includes accommodation (2 women per room sharing in a double room; we recommend this option for women that already know each other – 2 in bunk room – single room and shared room options available), coaching, video review of running form, all meals, water and juices, all sessions, group transport, journals, towels, and bedding. Camps start at 4.00 pm on day one, and finishes at 10.00 am on day seven. Interactive workshop sessions will cover everything you will need to change your running!
To register, complete your personal details along with credit or debit card details. Note that initial payment at time of registration is 50% of camp cost. The balance is due on or before May 1, 2022. You will receive a reminder for the balance payment and be able to pay online, by check or Venmo.

- runs of varying length and intensity, mostly on trails
- uphill & downhill technique
- hiking
- stretching
- running form and injury prevention
- video review of running technique
- pool running
- floor or yoga session
- learn how to use positive psychology to leave self destructive thinking behind
- mental training for performance and life
- what blocks you create to being the best version of you and how to unlock them
- how to achieve relaxation and flow in your trail running
- and much more!
This will be our last women's running camp before we return to Europe in late Summer 2022 - we look forward to an inspirational farewell camp with you!
COVID Protocol - we instituted an effective COVID protocol for our 2021 camps that proved very successful, and allowed us to keep our campers and ourselves healthy, while also maintaining the fun experience that our camps have always included. This required all campers to either provide proof of full vaccination, or a negative COVID test less than 72 hours before camp start date. We plan to continue to monitor guidance and advice from CDC and local authorities on what is required to maintain health and safety for our runners in 2022.
