The TC10K & Thrifty Foods Family Run is powered by RunSport Victoria, a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organization committed to providing opportunities to compete at various levels. We are grateful to the community, participants, volunteers, spectators and sponsors that support this event.
TC10K will be subject to British Columbia Provincial Health Orders.
We will continue to have a virtual option available for the TC10K.
*Please note that as this event is supported and sanctioned with BC Athletics, we cannot support the use of handcycles in this event.

Fee, Transfer and Cancellation Policy
- Online registration closes at 12 noon on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 ( On-site Registration will be available at Race Kit Pick-Up on Friday, April 22nd and Saturday, April 23rd)
- BC Athletics members are eligible for a $3 discount, you will be asked for your membership # during registration (to look up your membership # check HERE)
- A processing fee will be charged at check out
- Registrations are non-refundable
- Transfers permitted, $5 fee applicable. Transfers MUST be completed by April 3rd @11:59pm.
- All funds payable in Canadian dollars
