My Story…
Dear Friends and Family,
On August 21, 2022 I am riding in the Gran Fondo Lake Huron 70 KM bike race. This race is a fundraiser in support of the Southampton Hospital (part of Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation), in which their goal is to raise $3 million to purchase a much-needed CAT scan machine.
This is a great local hospital in Southampton ON, (which my family have utilized a few times), and a CAT scan machine will mean patients can be treated within the hospital instead of being transferred by ambulance to Owen Sound.
