The Autism Resource Centre (ARC) is a non-profit organization that aims to meet the evolving needs of young people with autism. It is our goal to help empower those on the autism spectrum so they can realize their potential, achieve independence and fully engage with their community.
Thank you for choosing the Autism Resource Centre as your charity of choice. Today, for every 66 children born in Canada, one will be diagnosed with autism. With statistics like this, you may have a family member, a friend, or a colleague who is touched by someone with autism. No one outgrows autism, and life-long supports are required. Research also shows that 70% of those with autism will be diagnosed with a mental-health condition. The Autism Resource Centre proudly provides mental health counselling to those with autism and their families, a unique service in Canada.
The Autism Resource Centre relies on donations and fundraising for the continuation and expansion of our exceptional programming. Every donation will be gratefully appreciated, and all donations over $20 will receive an official tax receipt.
