The Original St. Patrick's Day Road Race

As the Covid19 Pandemic is still effecting all of us, we are going ahead with planning for the 35th Annual St. Patrick's Day Road Race. We are hoping that this years event will go ahead without any issues. We will follow any Covid19 protocols that are in place in March 2022. In the event that the race has to be canceled, or turned to Virtual event we will refund any registrations as long as we have not ordered race shirts (January 2022). Once this happens, we can't offer full refunds.

Due to the supplier and timing of delivery, we can't order anymore shirts. Please note at package pickup we won't be albe to do any changes and we must give you the shirt you ordered. Thank you for understanding.

Join over 1000 of your best running friends for Calgary's first big race of the year! The Calgary Roadrunners started this race 35 years ago and it quickly became a favourite among local runners, as it gave them an opportunity to test their post-winter fitness level. Supporting the Calgary Roadrunners and Diabetes Canada, The race course starts and finishes at Montgomery Community Centre (New for 2022)

Stay for the awards and enjoy post race Simple Simon Pies, and your chance to win your weight in Village Beer!

All participants will receive a finisher medal (if you choose)!

Race Package Pickup: March 10 & 11th 5-8pm Strides Marda Loop, March 12th 10:00-4:00pm Strides Fish Creek. Race Day Pickup out of town participants only (please email organizers to hold your package)
