MUD HERO DUNTROON HIGHLANDS
Mud Hero's Ontario Highlands Race is located in Duntroon, Ontario. It is Canada's first permanent Obstacle Race Course (OCR) layout that offers public, group, and corporate events. Take on the course of your choice and crank your adrenaline as you push yourself and your fellow Heroes to cross the finish line, smiling every inch of the way. Celebrate your achievement with other mud-lovers and spectators at the on-site post-race Mud Bash, with hot foods, bevies, DJ and more. If you’re mad about mud – or just plain mad – this is the event for you! Take on the Mud Hero 6k Classic or the revamped Mud Hero 10K OCR Challenge in 2022.

MUD HERO Highlands 6K
- Mud Hero's Highlands 6k course has over 18 obstacles to get your adrenaline and blood pumping
- All obstacles are optional
- Ages 12 and up (Kids 12 & 13 must run alongside guardian)

MUD HERO Highlands 10K
- Mud Hero's Highlands 10K has 22+ challenging yet fun obstacles for you and your best buds to explore
- Step out of your comfort zone and tackle the extra 4k and conquer more EPIC Obstacles

- 1 free festival pass included
Parking
- Free parking available on site
Festival Pass (Spectators)
- 1 complimentary festival pass is included with your registration. Additional spectators is $10/ pp (Age 12 and up)
Transfers
- $15 to transfer to another person or another Mud Hero event
