Asheville Humane Society

We're about hope, not heartache. As Buncombe County’s critical safety net since 1984, we are always here to save and protect every animal. We have mastered the art of saving lives within our walls and now we are going even further, helping our community’s pets and their people thrive together. We are going beyond a no-kill community to ensure that each animal has the quality of life they deserve – a life worth living. With your help, we're hoping to gather $2,500 in donations at this event to help improve the lives of all our animals.

If you'd rather donate an actual item, we're also aiming to collect 100 items for cats and dogs at this event. Our lovely animals are in need of toys, food, leashes, collars, litter, etc. Donations can be dropped off at either the start or finish lines.
