Stella's Place

Want to help build a new landscape of mental health for young adults in Toronto? 

This September, we are running towards change, and we want you to join us!

Located in downtown Toronto, Stella's Place offers free, inclusive, barrier-free access to programs and services that support young adult mental health and wellness.  Grounded in the idea that therapies that have been developed for adults often don’t work for young adults, Stella's Place combines evidence-based clinical services with peer-led programs that foster social connection, promote creativity, and build skills for young people so they can live the lives they choose. It is innovative, collaborative and it works.

You can support Stella's Place by sponsoring a runner or a team with a generous donation. Your donation will help us meet the 400% increase in demand for services since COVID, and put young adults with mental health needs on the road to recovery.  You are also invited to go the extra mile and sign up to run on behalf of Stella's Place!
