Help Lindsay raise money

I am two years into my job as the CEO of Plan International Canada and to celebrate this milestone I’m dusting off my running shoes and jumping into the 5 KM Constantine Yorkville run to support our youth programs in Canada.

I'm running, in solidarity with girls and young women, to fundraise for programs that tackle the many obstacles along the long path to equal opportunity. I'm running for girls because we cannot accept a society that still undermines and underestimates them. Because these women are our leaders of today and tomorrow. Because it is vitally important to invest in their potential. 

Funds raised from this event will support Plan International Canada’s domestic youth engagement initiatives – trainings, mentorship, conferences, clubs and workshops. These programs empower youth, especially girls, by providing spaces and tools to build their confidence and leadership skills. They meet like-minded people, expand their knowledge on global issues, find their voice, and step into their power as advocates and agents of change. Last year, our programs engaged 150,000 youth and this year we can reach more!!
