The Feehely sisters are running for young adult mental health!
This September, we will be running 5k to support Stella's Place, a Toronto non-profit helping young adults (16 - 29) access welcoming, inclusive, barrier-free programs that support holistic mental health and wellness. Stella's Place combines evidence-based clinical services with peer-led programs that foster social connection, build skills and support recovery for young people. From open mics and art workshops to group therapy and 1:1 counselling, Stella's Place meets young adults where they are at.
