Did you know that by simply learning some of the basic fundamentals of running, along with a proper warm-up, you can become a faster runner and incur fewer injuries?? Join us for a 12-week program of workouts specifically designed for road runners, whether you’re new to the sport or have been training and racing for years. The workouts will be held once a week on Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm at the James Daly Fieldhouse (Max Bell, U of M) starting January 12th and running for 12 weeks ending on April 13th. Clinicians will be Calvin Reimer and Noel Kendle, middle distance specialists with the U of M Bison Track Team.
