Registration and Cancellation Informatoin
- 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
- All entries include a commemorative Bluetooth & LED Lighted toque(guaranteed for the first 100, or entrants registered by January 15)
- Online registration will close at noon (MST) on Friday, February 19, 2022 or when the event is sold out.
- An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration into the DeadCold Run.
- All prices listed in Canadian Dollars.
- VISA, MC, Amex, Discover Card, VISA Debit and INTERAC Online accepted.
- Your credit card statement will show a charge from "2022 DeadCold Run" for your online registration into this event.
- All participants must show picture ID at check-in.
- The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny entries or registration changes for any reason.
- A participant with an injury, illness, or simply not attending is not eligible for a refund, transfer or a deferral entry to a future event.
- All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event unless otherwise stated in the DeadCold Run Infectious Disease policies (below).
- If the event cannot take place in 2022 due to a pandemic (COVID-19 or other), the participant will have the following options:
- Free entry in the 2022 Virtual Event OR;
- Entry credit deferral to the 2023 event less a $15 admin fee
- If the event is postponed to a future date in 2022, the participant will have the following options:
- Free entry in the newly scheduled 2022 event date OR;
- Free entry in the 2022 Virtual Run
COVID REQUIREMENTS:
As of November 1, 2021, we will be requiring proof of vaccination or a negative covid test result witin 72hours of attending the event.
Official vaccine records are available on MyHealth Records.
Additionally, we request participants wear masks while gathering before and after the race.
WHY? We are implementing these measures to ensure the safety of all participants, volunteers and staff at the event. We are putting these guidelines in place with your health and safety in mind. By implementing mandatory proof of vaccination, it also allows us to be exempt from any current restrictions - this includes allowing us to host mass starts!
We will be following the most current health guidelines as they are updated.
