LEIGH-ON-SEA 10K
An after-dark 10km multi-terrain run through the best that Leigh-on-Sea has to offer. This is a chance to start your New Year with a bang! Our event promotes safe night-time running, is focused on sustainability and enjoyment and chip timed. Prize for each finisher as well as our customary prosecco van. Headtorches or body torches are mandatory and can be pre-purchased through Leigh-on-Sea Striders or our partners RunActive.

Race HQ is behind Leigh train station in the Long Stay Car Park. You won’t be able to miss us!
Headtorches / Headphones
Headtorches or suitable body-worn alternatives are mandatory and all runners will be checked prior to the start for a working unit, and the use of personal music players with headphones/EarPods is strictly prohibited during the race.
Prizes
Please note that there will be no finishers medal this year. Each finisher will receive a monetary value voucher for use in our partner store Run Active in Leigh.
Prizes and trophies will also be awarded to both the male and female winners of the following categories; Senior Open, V45, V60, Leigh Resident.
There will also be a pre-race spot prize draw from our friends at Happystride; inspiring happy running and minds. Will your number be lucky?

Route map and detailed race day information will be distributed to all entrants no later than 1 week before the event.
