Our story…
Team DEWC is comprised of staff, volunteers, and supporters of the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre. We believe that every woman is an expert in her own life and everyone deserves a life of safety, dignity, and connection - and we are willing to run a marathon to make our point!

We hope to fundraise over $20,000 this year to support DEWC's expanding meals program. Since the pandemic, DEWC staff have seen a 50% increase in the number of women accessing services.
