FAST, FLAT and SCENIC!
The Georgina Spring Fling event will take place May 15, 2022. Race as preparation for the fall Georgina Marathon or Half Marathon or use as a stand alone event to run your personal best, set a personal record over the distance, or for a fun day out being active with your family!
All event courses follow Lake Road and you will run along the beautiful shores of Lake Simcoe! This course is FAST and FLAT. The community of Georgina has embraced our event and you will have lots of spectator support along the way including a couple of dedicated cheering stations as well as music from HITS 105.5 FM along the course to keep your energy and motivation up!
The events will be staggered throughout the morning with the half marathon start at 8:00am and the 5 and 10km waves starting at 11:30am.
SPARK nutrition will be the official nutrition on course.
All finishers will receive a custom T-Shirt and finishers medal.

Wednesday May 11: Burlington, ON 5:00pm-7:00pm at Pro.Body.Wellness, 783 Brant Street
Thursday May 12: Toronto, ON 5:00pm-7:00pm at Matrix Fitness, 1650 Yonge Street
Saturday May 14: Georgina, ON at the Briar's Resort and Spa 2:00pm-6:00pm
**Athlete Expo will take place at the Briars Resort and Spa Saturday 2pm-6pm as well, including vendor set-up and a speaker series throughout the afternoon.**
All athletes and their family and friends are welcome!

Spring Fling Half Marathon Closed

Fast, flat and scenic Athletics Canada certified Half Marathon Course. Cut off time 3 hours. Cancelation policy: No cancellations or refunds. If there is a government or public health order that causes the event to be canceled due to COVID-19 you will have the option of doing the race as a virtual event OR deferral to next years event. Requests to transfer between distances should be sent to georginamarathon@gmail.com and will be considered up until May 13, 2022 @ 12:00 AM. An additional $25.00 will be charged to transfer between distances.
