The Summerfast 10km course is a scenic, flat, fast run along the Stanley Park Seawall
The start is located adjacent to Ceperley Playground, east of Stanley Park Drive, on the bike path. The race course swings around the south side of Lost Lagoon and passes beneath West Georgia Street before doing a short loop in Coal Harbour. From there runners head out onto the Seawall. The race course then follows along the Seawall in a counter clockwise direction. The finish line is back at Ceperley Field, close to the start.
START TIME: 8:00am
Registration cap: 700 participants
Update 11-Mar-2022: In light of the updates to the COVID-19 restrictions on 10-Mar-2022, proof of double vaccination will no longer be a requirement for participation, and masking at the start/finish line will be optional. Please note that the Summerfast 10k will be compliant to all Provincial Health Orders at the time of the race and your safety is our number one priority.
In the event of a race cancellation due to Provincial Health Orders related to COVID-19, racers will be given the option to defer their race entry to 2023.

Race Weekend Pricing
Online registration closes at 11:59pm on July 12th, 2022. After that you can still register in-person via cash at package pickup, or on race morning (entries close at 7:30 AM), if space permits.

Race Notes
1. Race Package Pick-Up
Thursday, July 14th 2 PM - 7 PM
Friday, July 15th 2 PM - 6:30 PM
Out of towners may pick up their race packages on the morning of the race at the finish line area (Ceperley Picnic Area) from 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM.
You may pick up race packages for other racers provided you have a copy of their email confirmation for the race.
2. Race Weekend Registration is available at package pickup for $60. CASH ONLY.
3. Registration is non-refundable. Transfers will be permitted between June 1st and July 6th - use the Transfer option on your participant dashboard to transfer your entry to another person. Transfers will be subject to a $5 transfer fee.
4. Summerfast 10k Run Team Challenge sponsored by Freehouse Collective
The winning crew will get their names on the Run Crew trophy, a cake to share, Instagram recognition & bragging rights, and gift cards from Freehouse Collective (formerly Donnelly Group) to celebrate the win.
Points are calculated by the number of members finishing the event (1 point each) + additional points for the fastest teams.
Fastest teams get points based on the sum of their top 6 athletes’ age graded % (1st=10, 2nd=6, 3rd=4, 4th=2)
Second team will also be receiving a cake to share and refuel post race.
