Our story…
For the 12th year in a row Shasta and I are participating in and asking you to support us for a great cause very close to our hearts.
We are running in the 11th Annual Windy25 Memorial 5K on April 2, 2022 in Las Vegas, starting from the Cosmopolitan Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.
We raise money and run in honor of our friends, the crew and passengers of Windy25: CW2 Clint Prather, CW2 David Ayala, SSG Charles Sanders, SPC Michael Spivey, PFC Pendelton Sykes, MAJ Ed Murphy, MAJ David Connolly, SGM Barbaralien Banks, SPC Daniel Freeman, MSG Edwin Matos-Colon, SGT Stephen High, SPC Chrystal Stout, CPL Sascha Struble, Marine Sgt James Lee, SSG Romanes Woodard, Lance Bret Taylor, Ronald Wade, and Sy Jason Lucio. They made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our nation in Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan.
All of the proceeds from the run will benefit many programs that provide care to the friends and families of lost service members.
