My Story…
ASNS has been so helpful to me, especially as Brenda is able to access programs to help her care better for both of us. It has been almost 4 years since diagnosis of this progressive degenerative neurological disease. Little by little, I have let things go, and I am grateful to still be able to enjoy running. It was awesome to have Cate offer to run with me to help navigate the confusing parts of the race. We are surrounded by love and support, and this moment, right now, is beautiful.

When you fundraise for the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia, you are fundraising to support the approximately 17,000 families in Nova Scotia who are facing the realities of dementia.
