Cape Cod Marathon Weekend
The Mayflower Wind Cape Cod Marathon Weekend is produced by the Falmouth Running Club, a non-profit running club. Race weekend includes a marathon, a marathon relay, a half marathon, as well as a new 5k! The Clam Chowdah Challenge is for those who would like to tackle both the marathon and the half marathon in the same weekend for a total of 39.3 miles. Staged in early October at the start of fall foliage, these gorgeous courses run along Vineyard Sound and along beautiful coastal roads on the Cape.

The Mayflower Wind Cape Cod Marathon Half race course is a fast and scenic route that hugs the Falmouth coastline of Nantucket Sound. Designed to maximize runners’ view of Martha’s Vineyard and the beautiful waters of Nantucket Sound this out and back course is limited to one short hill that you will encounter on the way out and on the way back at approximately 3.5 and 9.75 mile markers.
