5K Results Available HERE from April 30, 2022!
Registration opened at 7 a.m. on Saturday, April 30th! Guests parked at Gate 5 and walked on in down Grand Avenue. The event was held in Big Tex Circle and in the Tower Building.
The festivities began with a 5K timed race 8 a.m. and a 3K fun run/walk at 8:15 a.m.
For even more fun, participants browsed through the “Bow Wow Booth Bazaar” and enjoyed more family-friendly activities.
People brought their pets (several hundred!) to join them in this unique event to raise funds for the SPCA of Texas and help fight animal cruelty. Supporters can register, form teams and fundraise, all to help North Texas animals from neglect and cruelty.

About the SPCA of Texas
The SPCA of Texas is the leading animal welfare agency in North Texas.
The independent non-profit organization operates three animal shelters, located near downtown Dallas, McKinney and Ellis County, which, together with our community partners for offsite adoptions, find homes for more than 5,000 animals each year.

The SPCA of Texas' Animal Cruelty Investigations Unit responds to thousands of calls to rescue abandoned or neglected animals in multiple North Texas counties, many resulting in criminal convictions in multiple North Texas counties. This critical work continues, even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
