My Story…
In 2004 I co-founded Cell Phones for Soldiers with the goal of providing calling cards for active duty service members deployed around the world to keep in touch with their families and friends at home.
Since 2004, Cell Phones for Soldiers has been able to provide more than 400 million minutes worth of international talk time.
18 years later, I continue this mission of connecting those who protect us, providing free phone service for low-income and at-risk Veterans in the United States.
100% of donations to my Falmouth Road Race Team CPFS page will be used to help Cell Phones for Soldiers reach it's goal of providing free phone service to 30,000 Veterans by 2024.
It will cost Cell Phones for Soldiers roughly $20 per month to subsidize unlimited talk, text and data for a Veteran.
My fundraising goal of $1000 will provide 3 months of free phone service for more than 15 Veterans looking to stay connected to resources they need to live a healthy lifestyle.
