About me and my run.
Exercise, especially running, is a huge stress reliever for me. This past year has been incredibly stressful for me personally, and one of the things that has helped me (other than my amazing group of friends) is running. Therefore I am so excited to be part of this year's Falmouth Road Race team!
I'm honored to be running for NeighborWorks Housing Solutions and the people we serve. NHS provides housing, education, and resources for so many and especially some of the most vulnerable in our communities -- families, formerly homeless individuals and veterans, adults with disabilities, and the elderly.
