Hi everybody! Those who know me personally know that InnerCity Weight Lifting is an organization that is very important to me and my family. I meet their founder, Jon over a decade ago through a work colleague. Since then I have become involved professionally and personally. My husband and I started working out there, and soon after our children got involved. We became very close to the staff members and realized how much of a family they had created. Please help donate to my team so that these men and women can continue doing the great work.

ICW is nonprofit that offers an education and career path in personal training or other industries to gang involved youth through their impact model of earning trust, building hope, creating social capital and building economic mobility. Students learn about personal training, can get certified and start working to build a client base at ICW, providing social and economic mobility and stability.

 ICW provides a chance at a new future through access to a diverse network of people and opportunities. ICW also benefits their clients and communities changing perspectives and creating relationships and friendships that would not happen without ICW. ICW touches so many lives! Every dollar donated to ICW returns to the community at a rate of 10.6x by generating employment and reducing incarceration.
