Help Kara raise money

Hi everyone! My name is Kara Feidelseit and I am a case manager at Duffy Health Center. The mission of Duffy Health Center is to provide equitable, integrated primary health care and support services to persons who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness on Cape Cod, and to improve the quality of life for vulnerable and marginalized populations through community collaborations, leadership, and advocacy. 

I am fortunate to work with such a dedicated team and our wonderful clients / patients! Together we are working to make Cape Cod a more equitable and just place. Any donation amount helps us continue to serve our folks, so thank you for your support!
