Please consider supporting me as I have committed to run the 2022 Falmouth Road Race to raise money for a cause that I strongly believe in!
People who struggle with mental health issues frequently suffer silently or live with shame that prolongs them getting the help they need causing much disruption and pain in their life or the lives of the people who love them.
The Mental Health Collaborative core mission is to educate and create awareness to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as possible.
Please help me help MHC as I do a small part for them to support the lives of many.
