Help Allison raise money

As many of you know, my connection to Donate Life is the Briggs family, in particular Ashley "Bea". Ashley was a one of a kind person, always positive, quick with a laugh and never one to let her cystic fibrosis get in the way of her living her best life. Sadly, Ashely passed away in 2017 in need of a transplant. It was while Ashley was in the hospital that last time that I was encouraged to start running by her younger sister, Emily. "Do it for Bea" she said. These 4 short words resonated with me because Ashley was always participating in Tough Mudders and other races, despite her cystic fibrosis, but at that time in March 2017 she wasn't able to. So I did it, I started training for my first 5k while Ashley was in the hospital, and haven't looked back since. 

Since Ashley's passing, her sister Lindsay has received her second set of lungs, her second life-saving transplant. While Lindsay is still in need of a kidney transplant, she is also living her best life and not letting CF get the best of her. And so, I run for Bea and I run for Lindsay. And I run Falmouth in particular for all the good New England Donor Services does for those in need of organ and tissue transplants.
