My Story…
I will be running the Falmouth road race this year to help raise money for Duffy Healthcare.
Duffy is an organization that has helped my family and I honor and remember my brother Chris who lost his battle with addiction on July 25,2018.💔
Duffy is an organization on the Cape that offers help and support to people who struggle with addiction. This will be my 3rd year running the Falmouth road race in memory of Chris💜I plan to continue this tradition that Sarah and I have started to always keep my brothers memory and story alive. It’s important for me to talk about Chris and to have others realize it can happen to anyone. Chris was loved so much, he was so talented, smart, funny, and had the biggest smile and beautiful blue eyes he was my best friend. I would have never expected ever in my life that I would lose my younger brother to addiction. Words cannot ever express how much I miss him.
The truth is addiction is an ugly disease it doesn’t discriminate- doesn’t care how old you are, how much money you have, or how badly you really shouldn’t do it it just takes over.
