Hi everyone,
I am running the Falmouth Road Race this year for Mental Health Collaborative: and organization that empowers communities through awareness and education. MHC provides a variety of programs for all age groups and community members that teach Mental Health Literacy. Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
