My Story…
This year I turn 50 and the Falmouth Road Race turns 50. I thought it would be a great idea to run the race in honor of a dear family friend who was taken way to soon from us, Ryan Richards. I am fortunate enough to live in the same town as his wife Colleen and his daughter Nora. It has been a pleasure watching Nora grow up. Ryan's legacy truly lives on in his daughter. My training for the race has had its ups and downs and since I am not able to run as fast as Ryan did, I am now doing the At Home Edition of the Falmouth Road Race. I am committed to raising funds for a great organization, the Ryan Richards Foundation. The Ryan Richards Foundation is a charity that helps families suffering with cancer to know they are not alone. In addition it awards two annual scholarships to local Falmouth High Seniors who are attending a four year college. Lastly, the RRF is helping fund medical advancements to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Any contribution big or small is greatly appreciated!
