We are running in the 50th Falmouth Road Race to raise money for Heroes In Transition. An incredible organization that provides assistance to veterans who have served and are serving our country.
We are excited to run together and are so appreciative of everyone's help in getting us closer to reaching our goal!

Description
Heroes In Transition, is a 501 (c) 3, not-for-profit organization. We recognize those who have served or who are serving our country, HIT provides assistance in 4 key areas:
- Transitional Support Groups, including equine therapy and couples retreats
- Financial support for service families
- Assistance dogs for veterans
- Home modifications
Our mission is to provide assistance that is not readily available from other organizations including local, state, and federal agencies. Your generosity will help support our heroes. To learn more about
