My Story…
Running has become a favorite part of my routine for the past year— it’s not only helped maintain my physical health but has been so vital in lessening my stress and preserving my mental health. I am so excited to be running the Falmouth with the Mental Health Collaborative team, a non-profit dedicated to mental health literacy.
MHC is doing some really important work, focusing on ending stigma surrounding mental health as well as utilizing a model of prevention through education and awareness in communities. I am so happy to be supporting such a great organization and I hope you will consider donating to my page in support of MHC!

We believe that with education and awareness, we can work together to decrease stigma and open the door to conversations about mental illness. Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
