My Story…
Hi Everyone!
My name is Micaela Potamis and this year I have decided to run the Falmouth Road Race with a charity that is very close to my heart. The Make-A-Wish foundation is extra special to my family and I. For those who do not know, my brother Ryan has a rare blood disorder, which allowed him to qualify for a wish. Ryan was granted his wish back in 2014. Being big Disney fans, my family talked about visiting Disney's Aulani Resort on the beautiful island of Hawaii. The experience provided by Make A Wish was beyond incredible. Make A Wish allowed our family to go on a "trip of a lifetime". I have decided to run in order to give back to others in a similar situation like my brother.
